SCP: Shellshock Devlog #2 - Items & other stuff
Hello everybody In this post I would like to talk about items I have added along with the roadmap for the development of SCPs in SCP: Shellshock.
First, let's talk about items. One of the main issues when it comes to surviving in SCP: Shellshock is your thirstiness. You have a thirst bar you need to manage and if you don't make sure its somewhat full, you will begin losing health. The items I have added are drinks/refreshments to make sure you don't die of dehydration. These drinks will be randomly placed along certain rooms in the facility. Like I said earlier, you can drink the drinks to cure your thirst along with getting a little whizz.
Along with adding drinks, I have added an inspect feature to items. The inspect menu is a toggleable menu that opens to display information and your character's thoughts over your held item.
Now let's talk about the SCP Roadmap. This is a chart of all the SCPs I want to make in the near future. More will probably be added if you guys suggest any, I will think about adding them to the SCP Roadmap. If you have any questions, ask me.
The game is still very early into development so I still need to get the basics down before adding crazy shit. Anyways that's it for now. See you guys in the next post.
